Ok I’ll say it. This year I have been truly blessed by some of the most amazing clientele I have ever had in my career which is now going in it’s 17th year. I remember sitting down at Panera with Jackie Lee from Every Last Detail to meet Lauren and her sister Megan to go over their wedding day. It was a great meeting, so much so, I ended up meeting Megan and her father Jeff later that same day to book the date. There was something special about it, no denying.
Fast forward, and the wedding weekend was finally here. I was excited, the sisters were excited, my team was excited. We knew we had an epic event on our hands with a bride’s family who welcomed us into their family. The set of vendors was A list. Location, A list.
The weekend got started out in Champions for the bridal luncheon which turned out to be a huge family reunion. Homemade tattoos, great food, drinks and plenty of friends and family excited to see Nick and Lauren get married the next day. I stayed with everyone throughout the day shooting as much as possible to add to the already incredible storyline I had developing.
The following day began bright and early out at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort for bridal prep. All the ladies were in the suite having mamosas and getting hair and makeup done. With so much going on out at the farm, I split my team up to begin gathering details at Gainesway. Once prep was completed, the three of us rendezvous at the farm and begin the art and passion of wedding day storytelling. Everything was perfect. This is the story of Lauren and Nick’s wedding.
